1 cup flour
1 stick margarine (softened)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
8 ounce Cream Cheese
1 cup powered sugar
3 small packages instant pudding (chocolate is our favorite!)
5 cups milk
additional whipped topping
Combine flour, margarine, sugar and nuts. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes. Cool.
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped topping.
Spread over crust.
Combine pudding with milk and immediately spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with additional whipped topping
Refrigerate for several hours.
